Available for Items and Lots Valued at $2000 or more.

Rates/Fees – 9.9% of first $10,000 and 4.9% of any amount above that.

You sell item / lot and then you pay the referral fee to Dave’s Classic Collectibles. There are no up front costs for the seller.

Honor system referral fee collection method.

Owner of the item provides scans/photos, pertinent information about the item and keeps items in possession until sale.

I provide direct contact info to prospective buyers to negotiate a sale between the interested collector and the items owner.

Actual sales, payment and shipping terms, etc., are negotiated between the owner of the item and the prospective buyer only. Dave’s Classic Collectibles and Pugilistica.com will only be acting as an ad venue and referral agent between the two parties.

I design a webpage which will include photos/scans, description, asking price of item, country the seller is located in and any other pertinent information about the item.

Marketplace items will be cross promoted within the Pugilistica.com website.

Dave’s Classic Collectibles and Pugilistica.com shall not be held liable for any disputes arising between the subjects of a transaction in the Marketplace area.

Items and asking price must be approved before I accept an item or collection for listing.

Items will be dated when posted on the site and the listing will expire after a period of 1 year if no sale is made, unless otherwise requested by the owner of the item.
